Cigar Blend

For this release, we wanted something special. We wanted something that could accent and hold up to the potent flavors of a cigar. After much trial and error, we settled on a blend of seven whiskeys utilizing four grains. To add complexity and depth, we then aged it in three different barrels, each with a unique finish. Dry Sack Sherry, Grands Domaines VSOP Cognac, and Jollite 5yr VSOP Armagnac. The aged whiskey was then combined into a single barrel to continue aging. The final product has notes of sweet candy and deep rich fruit and is 105.24 proof.
